Pairs well together with other organic
herbal tea
I am pleasantly surprised. Not bitter at all. The flavor is not to bold either. I've mixed in other organic herbal teas in the same cup together, wow, they have all complemented each other so nicely. If you prefer a little sweet added, try your organic local honey, that pairs well too. This tea is good for me, with the antioxidants...I hope this helps.

I love the smooth taste!
I like the taste. I love the idea that there are antioxidants in the tea. The tea is very smooth tasting, I only add Splenda. I don't think it helps me sleep, the 1st time I thought it did but after that I still had trouble sleeping. I can't drink regular green tea, hot green tea definitely keeps awake but I can drink this before 4p and it won't keep me awake. I don't t...
