Confusing
I returned a pair of shoes in its original shoe box to Amazon. I had to buy a box from staples to put the shoebox in. The return message said “ no packing required” so not sure why I had to buy a box for the return shipment. Didn’t get a satisfactory answer from the Staples salesperson.

Solid Box, which withstood transit without an issue. Furthermore, the customer rep was more than helpful.. Suggestion to local facility manager. Post the description more than 1 inch off of the floor and do not let the boxes obscure the description.
