Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

Hewitt packard changed the size of cartridge and Now wont fit in the space for the cartridge which makes my printer useless. That is so wrong in so many ways.

564 black ink cartridge
The cartridge showed only 2/3 full when the printer noted it during a test run. I had to print up some legal documents on a time schedule so I couldn't return it.

Doesnāt function
I checked with a Staples Tech & was told my HP printer MAY be finicky due to the color cartridges bring low therefore the black even though it shows full is not printing.

The ink always runs out way before it should. I get nowhere near the yield that's advertised. I'm stuck until I get a new printer and it won't be an HP

Black Ink Cartridge Does Not Work!
