Not as nice as previously received
the folders seem different and they are stiffer than before which isn't a bad thing but the tab seems lower than before.

They're file folders.
What's to say? They're file folders. They do exactly what you would expect: they hold files in a folder. They get 3 stars just because they won't wash your car or anything other than hold files in a folder.
