Toner Cartridge
I am very happy with my new High Yield Toner Cartridge for my 1700 Dell Printer. I ordered it and it was delivered the next day by a very nice FedEx man. The sleek cartridge was easy to install and I didn't get any black mess on my hands. My printed pages now print with dark black ink and are easy to read. New toner cartridge doesn't work. Maybe wrong size, or toner is not the problem. So, still can't print.

Good, but with issues
On-line order went well. Prices seem to be going up. A return mailing label for the old cartridge was not provided. Easy to install. Toner light continues to blink on copier.

i love it the cartridge works good i ordered it it came within 5 days no problems it feels good knowing i got ink to last a long time without drying up before i use it

I like that Dell recycles the cartridge for the Dell 1700, however it would be nice if they provided a return label.

Great service
I ordered the wrong cartridge then had difficulty processing the return on line. Through a chat session, the agent walked me through the return and ordered a replacement. Replacement came within days. Return was received and processed within days. Refund was a little slow and took a few days thereafter. Product works fine service was great.
