Horrible Customer Service and failure
I had this for about a week before the product completely failed on me. Windows did a reboot due to an update to our system and all the work we did seemed to be entirely wiped out. I called customer service, I explained that I was incredibly computer literate and if I could talk to someone who could help it would be great. They asked me if I deleted the file by mistake,...

Great Time Clock
This time clock is a breeze to set up, handles our 60 employees easily. The software is downloaded. There are NO MONTHLY charges. I had to call customer service with a question and they were very responsive and helpful. Very happy with this Pyramid time clock. Appreciate it is made in the USA too.

Nice upgrade for our company
Nice unit and the employees like it because they don't have to actually touch the clock because of Covid concerns. Easy to set up and no subscription or ongoing fees. Had a question and customer service was very responsive. Good brand and made in America too.

Disc software
Not sure if you realize how far technology has come but judging from the CD software you don’t. Can’t believe I need a disc drive to download software for this clock.

Great time clock
This time clock is so easy to use. After you figure out what report you need for printing out the cards it takes less than five minutes. I made a cheat sheet so I know what to click on the drop down boxes. So much easier and faster than the other clock we had. I love it!

It is better than what we had
We recently purchased this unit for our small family run business, 6 people on payroll. It took a phone call into customer service to get it set up but seems to be running now. Pyramid TTEZEK Automated Swipe Card Time
A little expensive for what it does, but it does what it's supposed to. Pretty much just install the software, plug it in and the software will find it in the network. We had an older model that burned out, so hopefully this one will last a little longer.

Good for tracking time, not for honesty
If you're worried about employee honesty, stick with a printed paper time clock or spend the money for a payroll company provided clock. Only trouble is that the clock needs to be connected to the internet and computer to report the hours, so employees tend to claim that they punched in/out, but the punch "did not register properly"... and you cannot confirm until you "...

Clock is great but the software is not.
The clock is a quality piece. However, the software that comes with it is really outdated and limiting. It will remind you of software that you haven't used in 10 years. The manufacturer claims that there is an upgrade forthcoming. It is desperately needed.

Excellent product, easy to set up.
The product couldn't be easier to use. The software is simple, yet effective. The administrator can add/edit/delete punch-in times if employees forget to swipe in, etc. The customer service provided was perfect to get the product up and running, and we haven't had any problems since.

So easy!
I have had this system for two weeks now and I am very pleased with the functions. I was using a completely web based time clock program and everytime I did payroll I ended up with a massive headache! And it would not always take my employee's punch in or out. Now this system flags missed punches and automatic clock employees out if they do not clock out after 13 hours....

I would buy this product again
We had a very old outdated clock prior to this one. The old one was not user friendly at all. This one has been easy to use and VERY user friendly. We have 20 employees and have the clock in the mfg area. So far, we have not had any complaints or problems.
