Get maybe 1700 pages yield, if lucky
This toner does not get anywhere near 2300 page yield! HP claims its yield is "reasonable" at 1500-1700 . We are replacing this toner 3 times more often than the last model of the same printer. Very disappointed

GOOD TONER, HAS BECOME QUITE EXPENSIVE
STAPLES STAFF WOMAN WAS EXTREMELY NICE. THEY WERE OUT OF THE TONER, BUT HAD JUST OPENED THE LAST BOX OF 2 TONERS AND HAD ONE CARTRIDGE STILL IN PLASTIC, WHICH THEY SOLD ME.

can't sign in
Went to south huntsville store and they setup me an account and password. [email protected] and i input a password. Could sign-in a store but when i got home and tried to sign in on my desktop computer, password didn't work.??????

Easy ordering and delivered within a day
The product is fine and works as it should however it doesn’t come with installation directions. Pro tip: pull out the orange tab on the left side before inserting into your printer. You’d think HP would have been able to say that.
