Excellent Toner cartridge.
I was attempting to use refurbished, less expensive cartridges previously and those cartridges would fail and I am using this cartridge from Staples exclusively now because it works excellently with no issues. I will only purchase these for my Ricoh printer.

Doesn't last
While this cartridge is easily installed and recyclable, it doesn't last very long at all...definitely not a lot of bang for the buck.

Buy the Original
I bought one of the Ricoh toner off another site and have problem it,, it was not original from Ricoh. The best thing I know is to get this from Staple and i don't have to worry if it will work and getting ship to staple is even better for me to pick it up.

WELL, i THOUGHT I ORDERED THE RIGHT ONE, BUT IT DOESN'T FIT. THIS IS THE SECOND ORDER I HAVE PLACE THAT THE CARTRIDGE DID NOT FIT
