The stamp is working just fine. It would have been nice to have some instructions as to refilling the ink pads when it will need to be done.

Very Disappointed
My previous stamp, which I purchased from Staples, had large, capital letters that were easily readible. This stamp, on the other hand, has very small, lower case lettering that is not easily read (letter height is 1/16 - 3/32 inches) .
