Very poor quality of printout
I've used this printer privately for many years. I replaced the Toner and Drum and now the copies are very poor. Cleaning the printer has not helped.

Great Ink!
My entire family died in a car crash in 1987. While I did get a lot of money after the lawsuit, it didn't bring my family back. It turns out that money can't buy happiness. Then I saw that I could buy a brother from Staples. I got on your web-site and the price of this toner cartridge was 117.99 and it was in stock and said it was in stock at the store. So I drive to the store to purchase this product and I had to pay $139.99!!!! I don't understand!!!

Not up to par.
The print is now very light. It should be darker on the same setting I’ve always used. I’ve taken it out and shaken it again, but did not help.

Extraordinary customer service
I bought the cartridge, but I also had my old cartridge, which was making smudges on pages. The woman showed me how to find the roller and what was causing the problem. I took home both. I cleaned the old cartridge and it is working fine. Amazing customer service.

OEM is best
I have used off-brand toner cartridges before and have not been at all happy. The original brother toner cartridge works best for me.
