Disappointed
Printer became very noisy, and the amount of copies was far less than that of the OEM.

Mostly good, one defective unit that I still need a return on.
These work fine, when they work, which is usually. One that we received was defective, and unfortunately it sat on a shelf for a while before we used it, and I guess we were too late to return it, because I've requested a return and replacement, but not gotten one.

it works great...I only found out it was an option the fist time I ordered it because I pushed the sales person, it was not offered to meI am sure you would sell more if it was offered as an option to anyone buying toner; especially if the customer had requested help, luckily as I did

stick to brand names
Small business has one spare cartridge on hand. Expect to pop it in and continue photocopying. Print outs should be top quality. With this toner, on first use, had to shake every 5 copies.
