Great on cinder block
I'm a teacher and I use them all the time in my classroom. Work on all materials including cinder block.

I purchased this product to hang a Christmas decoration it did a great job holding it up but when I went to remove the command strip the tape broke and I couldn't remove the strip so I have to remove the best way I could then it damaged my wall!! I'm so angry

Works
Works great, I had no hooks on the back of door in my room and bags that were sitting on the floor getting in my way. Affixed the hook on my door after cleaning the surface with alcohol and hung them up. Haven't fallen off in the seven days I installed the Command hooks.
