Covers the taste of meds!
I have some medication that gets dissolved and drunk but it ruins a nice cold glass of water. This is why I use these Crystal Light flavors. It perfectly covers the taste of the meds and has no calories!

I don't like to drink water, so my doctor said use Crystal Lite. I love it!!! I drink more water now that I put Crystal Lite in it. I use it in my car (while on vacation), in my home and in my office. Very convenient, tastes good, and easy to use.

My doctor has me drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily, but I don't like water.. So, he said use Crystal Lite. I love this product, drink more water now, and it is easy to carry when traveling. Tastes good, desolves easily. Will continue to buy as long as you carry this product.
