Weight inaccurate!
The batteries would not stay in holders in the battery compartment. When they moved around, the contacts were dislodged and the scale turned off.
The scale weight was compared to the scale used at Staples to weigh parcels and letters that are then mailed from that location.
The scale at Staples is inspected frequently and is accurate.

Don't know about the product

just what I needed.
Saving me money already. My old scale was analog and hard to read accurately. The matter of just one ounce on a shipment across country is over one dollar.

Good scale for weighing mail up to 11 pounds. (Anything heavier should probably be brought to post office anyway.)

Would not turn on.
Installed name brand batteries, but were loose as some of the other reviews have mentioned. Scale did not turn on and looked like it had been returned before because of the scratches. Returned.

Usable only for letters, or small packages
Works well, but doesn't hold the weight after you take the parcel off. You won't be able to read the weight if you are weighing anything larger than a letter or small package.

Nice Scale
I was pleasantly surprised when I received this scale. It is very light, easy to use and convenient to store in a drawer when not in use. I appears to weigh accurately when tested against scale on postage machine. I would definitely recommend this scale to anyone needing a lightweight scale for postage boxes or large envelopes.

Can't read the digital readout
I was so excited to get a new shipping scale but as soon as I put a box on it I realized It wasn't going to help me very much. Any item with any size to it, even a large envelope, covered the digital readout and I couldn't see how much the item weighed. Feels cheap
I purchased this item from the store since it was the only one on the shelf and paid over $40 for it. After inserting the included batteries and flipping it over, numbers would appear on the screen. I tried several times to reset it by pressing the on/off button, but it would not turn back on. Also tried different batteries but still didn't work. Will be taking this ite...

Great product.
This scale is very light-weight and compact so it doesn't take up a lot of room. It's very easy to use. The price was so reasonable compared to other scales I looked at.

Nice scale design.
The only drawback is that the "hold" feature is too quick. If you blink, you miss the reading.
