NOT THE CORRECT COLOR
THE ITEM SAYS LIGHT GRAY WHEN IT IS REALY A LIGHT GREEN COLOR. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IF YOU WANT GRAY.

Tab Cut
We purchased these for a big file redo. The files are decent quality, but they all have the same tab cut at the top. We generally prefer either 3 or 5 cut tabs at the top so the files as are easier to see in the drawers.

I've used the higher priced classification folders in the past but Staples has an equally durable folder as well. I will continue to go back to Staples.

Great file organizational aid
Although the color is more green than grey the function of these classification folders is awesome. They hold a ton of paper if you need it while keeping everything secure. They last for years through consistent daily use.

Ok...but
While these are similar to the SMEAD brand they are not as heavy duty and durable as those are. Also, this light gray (there is no way I would classify these as anything other then green) is more of a green tone - think classic green classification folders and they are just lighter. The folders are poor quality and the outside tab is not located in the correct place for our filing system. These folders are not comparable to the Smead folders. I'll be returning this item.

The Staples Top Tab Pressboard Classification Folders with 2 partitions are awesome for organizing all of the paperwork that we collect on our clients here at our office. These classification folders are what keeps things in order for our audits and they always go well.
