Plastic breaks around tip
The plastic opening around the tip keeps breaking off in chunks, making it very difficult to use the pens.

Black ink in 2/3 of the pens
These pens are great when the ink is purple. In the new box I opened today, only 4 have purple ink and the remaining 8 pens have black ink cartridges.

Nice alternative to the more expensive pens
I think it's a nice alternative to the more expensive purple pens you sell. It doesn't dry as fast and does smear at times.

Not the same purple as before.
These shipped and arrived quickly. They write smoothly, but they are not the same shade of purple as the previous batch. Theyāre almost like a blue. Bummer!
