Beautiful Bookcases
I have purchased a living room full of these bookcases and they are the easiest to assemble that I have ever put together. They are beautiful and can hold a lot of books and I need a few more to finish.

Sadly, this bookshelf cannot holds BOOKS
Was initally happy with this product, but if you actually FILL a shelf with BOOKS, it starts to sag - it cannot support the weight.

Cannot hold a shelf of BOOKS
Was initially happy with these, but have discovered that the shelf cannot support a full shelf of, guess what, BOOKS !
Shelves are now sagging badly..

These book shelves are nice looking, but not that easy to put together. I was also unhappy about your delivery policy -- why can't you be more specific with a delivery date?

Gets the job done.
I'm not a big fan of the holes on the side to allow customizing your shelves because it looks tacky. Instructions weren't as clear as they could be. It's okay.

Excellent Warrantee that is actually backed up. Have used these products for over 16 years. However, the most recent order came in with some significant marks and scratches. On contacting the company, South River, parts were shipped to replace the damage ones without any glitches or problem.

Really unsteady!

Bought this to display books in the office. When received one of the side walls was cracked in half by Fedex. Called South Shore (because they ship it directly). South Shore were more than helpful, great attitude. They just asked me what part was broken and to make sure other were intact, and then FREE of charge shipped me replacement part. Took a while to assemble as I was by myself. You really would do better to have someone to help. Works in well in my setting. Use it to store papers for artwork I do and sturdy enough to work on when I need the extra room. Very nice product
I am finding South Shore products to be my best buys. They are very sturdy for years of use, also very nicely finished. The instructions for assembly are pretty straight forward.
The only thing I wasn't impressed about was the description stated a silver metal handle on door...
I received a plastic one!
To make this product even more functional would be a drawer to put...

Not too bad
Overall, its a good book shelf but one shelf is starting to sag just a little with the weight of my heaviest books even though I tried to balance them as best I could.
