If you need to categorize and keep on your desk, these baskets are wonderful! the only drawback is not being able to label each one. Thus one less star.

The 12 compartments are perfect for organization. I have several pages that I need to keep a bunch of copies on hand for different departments. I was able to separate the pages by department which is making it easier for the department heads to find the pages they are needing. Well worth the price
Needed to have "pockets" for all kinds of paper for our printers, and the individual stacking trays were either too flimsy or too costly. This unit is perfect for the purpose and well made! The way I have it set up we actually have 18 separate "pockets" available. Well worth the price.

This will be my second order for this!
This was the BEST purchase ever. The quality is great and sturdy. The shelves are well spaced with lots of room. I am placing an order for another one now.
