Disappointed
The rings wouldn't open on the first binder I received. I received a replacement which is damaged at the bottom edge on the 1" side as well as a defective mark on the front of it. I didn't bother to call to ask for another replacement or return it, but I don't know if I will place future orders.

Long lasting binder
We prefer to purchase the heavy duty binders since them seem to hold to for an entire semester of classes.
