Poor quality
I received the board. It has a tear in the cork and some black mar marks on it. The black mar marks are most likely from the packaging. But who buys this and expects that it looks anything other than perfect when you receive it?

Damaged
I ordered the product twice and both times it was recieved with the wood frame cracked. The manufacter should wrap it better before shipping.
