This envelopes are only 8 7/8" wide, not the full 9" wide.

Great folders and service.
Our first order of these folders was delivered to the wrong location. Not happy about that. Contacted Staples via chat. Had replacement order within a couple of days. Great service. Happy about that. First time ever a delivery has not arrived. Been using delivery service for 6 years!

Problematic Envelopes
I bought these because they are recycled paper. My problems with them: labels don't stick as well to this paper as other envelopes (don't know why), The paper is thin. The sealing glue is not great and combined with the thin paper, the seal didn't feel very solid. Sadly, will not buy these again.

Great product
I love these for inter-office use, but I have not used them for outgoing mail. They are about as heavy as a paper bag from a grocery store, which is more than adequate for our purposes. I'm looking to order the other sizes as well, but they appear to be very popular!

Fine but
These envelopes are just fine, weight and clasp, no worries. However, the center seam below the clasp has insufficient glue (or was that intentional?). Well not satisfactory since I feel it necessary to add some tape to the seam. Kind of defeats the purpose of 'Sustainable'
