Very disappointed!
Ribbon fits perfect, ordered 3 and was unable to use any of them, the red shows, but the black is dried up, can't see most of the numbers! Is there anyway to resend good ribbons.

Ribbon was installed upside down.
Ribbon works well in the cartridge, however it was installed upside down forcing me to read positive numbers in red and negitave numbers in black. If this is not the was it was intended, then I want a replacement cartridge.
