The brother cartridge is good, but Staples delivery is not good
When I ordered the cartridge, Staples website said it would be a two day delivery. The actual delivery was 5 days.
I have ordered and received the Brother products from Staples in the past,
This order was a disappointment and likely I will look at a different supplier next time.

Brother TN-450 Toner
The brother brand is great - I get thousands of prints out of this cartridge, the ink is dark and clear, the price was reasonable, and I can recycle the toner once it is used up.

This location is terribly understaffed
It didn't notify me that my pickup order was ready because it never picked my order from its shelves. The workers on the floor hadn't been slacking; they were just overwhelmed in a very understaffed environment, which isn't at all fair to them.
