They changed the product
The original product 13376-CC was a nice well made leather like material and looked professional. When you order the original 13376-CC they send you 13376, a cheaper paper product. It still functions but does not look as professional. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and they assured me they would send me the correct 13376-CC version. I was still ...

Not White
I ordered these folders in white. They were then out of stock. I have one pack of white. Saw the opportunity to order the rest that we needed and they arrived in a creamy off white color. Now I have mismatched folders. Its giving cigarette/pee stain yellow. Be careful if you are wanting white!

Prefer small change
Wished inside flaps were not secured in the center as not easy to remove papers in/out and limits width of papers to be inserted.
