Really like these pens and the customer service response
There was initially confusion at the Staples end regarding quantity for this item. It took way too many iterations to get it right, but I think they have it straightened out now. In the end, customer service sent these pans complimentary for my time and trouble. That left me with a positive image of Staples.

Great for Lefties
If you are left handed you know how easy you can smear your work. Not only does this pen write beautifully, it will never smear what you have just written. This is the best pen I have ever used and when I lend it to someone they always ask if they can keep it and most of the time I let them but I also tell them they can be found at Staples!!

Love these pens!
I'm very particular about my pens.. and these meet my expectations! Smooth writing, no smudging and the perfect size for my hand. A little more expensive than your normal pens but defiantly worth it.

Packaging poor
didn't even come in a box - just loose pens with a rubber band around them - are they used? Hopefully the pens are fine - I've used this brand before
