not impressed
Live chat agent helped me to find a tape compatible with my label maker so I ordered several. Turns out that it isnt compatible. I felt like they were tired of looking and just gave me a product number.

Wrong Item Purchased
Staples has very few choices when it comes to tape for our P-Touch Label maker. I incorrectly ordered this tape when I needed one with the M-K231 item number. We wanted a bright color, however Staples only has versions of black and white. We got what we needed elsewhere.

Excellent for rack labeling
We use the P-Touch labels to make magnetic part locations markers for our flow racks. These work great and are easy to change out as needed.

Used for many years
These labels are used on all my electronics cords so I know what the cord goes to and the year I bought it. I also use them to label jars of homemade “anything”! But the price must have increased fourfold! That is ridiculous and the reason for fewer stars!

Great stuff!
This laminated tape is excellent for labeling all kinds of things, including jar lids. It holds up well, even after repeated hand dish washing. I find it very useful on our small farm homestead.

I love P-Touch products. Period!
Was running low on P-Touch tape. Went to my Staples Store on Broadway and 81st St. NYC 10024 and found wheat I needed. They always help me out. Just bought a chair there and it's great. Amazing Customer Service.

TZ Tape is the best.
Very durable tape for inside & outside uses. I used to hate the yellow tape, but now it stands out. I can get it cheaper elsewhere, but I was out of tape and already at staples

Tape missed into machine ...
Had brand new package that I opened and put it into the P-touch and when it should have printed it missed and got all bunched up and the whole roll is then trashed as there is no way to fix it. This is not the first time this has happened. Unfortunately I am a busy guy and don't have time to run get a replacement- must use another color.

disappointed
difficult and hard to use. complicated screens to create what you need and the screen is to dim. Overall, spend $10 more and get the better model.
