I don't know why you changed it!
This was my favorite product. The scent was one I used throughout my home in many ways. The new scent is not good! It's strong and too floral. I'm sure some people like it and you guys could have created as a new scent and called it April Strong but please bring back the old scent!

Great results when I can get the cap off!
I am 79 yrs old with compromised arthritic hands and I find it impossible to remove cap the first time without using a pipe wrench! Please change your design, I love the product!

Scent.
I’ve used Downy for decades. I am now finding the scent that i love is no longer as strong as before. I miss the wonderful smell on my clean fluffy towels. Is less fragrance being used in 2024?

My and My Cats Favorite
I love the long lasting smell and feel of my clothing when I use Downy Fabric Softner. It is easy to use and with the cup and no drip push dispenser there is not muss or fuss. stains clothes
Use only the clear not the blue it will leave stains on your clothes. Learned the hard way with my toddlers clothes and now they all have blue stains all over them.

Bad product.
The new scent is horrible. It makes me feel sick. After decades of purchasing Downy April Fresh, I will not buy it any more. Downy is off my list.

I’ve used Downy for years, but…
I love the product and I’ve used it for years. My complain is that the caps are on too tightly. They’re obviously machine tightened and I have to hunt down a man in the store to loosen the cap for me before I check out. I can’t open them myself anymore.

New Formula
I have been using April fresh since the sixties. It is the only one that didn't break my skin out. I also loved the smell. Don't know when the formula changed but absolutely hate the new smell. Why would you mess with such a great product?

Not the Downy scent I remember
I really like the scent of the powder Tide detergent with Downy and thought that this Downy liquid would be pretty much the same. It is not. It bears no resemblance to the original Downy liquid that I remember using. The scent it leaves on the clothes is not pleasant at all. I will not be using any more of this product and will donate the bottle to someone else.

You changed the scent and didn't warn customers.
It doesn't smell like Downy April Fresh!!! you ruined it. Why? I remember my grandmother using Downy in the 1970s and I bought this and it's entirely different.I finally have a top load washer so I thought I'd use liquid fabirc softener. Downy is expensive but I wanted that scent. Why did you change it?
