Staples Torrent Bonded Leather Chair Office
Excellent chair that supports my lower back and neck. The issues with putting the chair together was connecting the arms on the chair, leaning to the left and has a tear in the leather; but, it is a comfortable chair for a reasonable price. Love it!

Chair Material - bonded leather - fall apart
Most of the people writes reviews after they purchased the item, my review is after a few years of using the item. Very disappointed with value of the material- bonded leather. This chair is not worth the money.
Very uncomfortable. Sold it at a loss after 30 days of trying it. Would have returned it to Staples, but return policy is so complicated and ridiculous, that I was just happy to get rid of it. Would not recommend this chair or, quite frankly, Staples. Not the retailer it used to be.

Comfortable, but leather fell off
After just about two years, the leather started cracking on both sides of the chair. Then the covering split on one of the front corners and exposed the plywood board under the seat. It's a very comfortable chair, but it really should last longer than that.
I used my warranty for a Staples Sorina chair. Hopefully that holds up better.

Unable to assemble due to seat not having the holes in the right place
We could not complete assembly of the chair due to the holes
being in the wrong place on the seat. We are waiting for a replacement seat. The rest of the chair seems to be fine.

The holes for the arm rests to do align with the holes in thr chair for them. The back of the chair is a little bent further back than anticipated

I recieved the chair earlier than the expected day which was great but I finally got to put it together today and I am so confused why the chair arms do not line up correctly with the holes for the screws. i only have 3 screws in each side for the arms due to the misalignment.
