I bought this chair in 2013, and have used it almost every day average 7 hours. My business is mostly home based. Very comfortable and it held up nice. The leather is now peeling as can be expected after such use. I just ordered another to replace it.

Not good- don't do it! I'm not kidding.
I bought this chair in April after working from home a month and realizing my home office chair wasn't going to work for all day use. Now, six months later, I can officially say I hate this chair. I like the chair. It’s firm and comfortable. Adjustable headrest and arms are a plus. Took about 30 minutes or so to assemble - wasn’t in a hurry. Picture directions were ok. Absolutley love this chair! And yes....This is my chair! LOL..
But for real, this is amazing! Comfortable, easy rolling, great adjustable lower lumbar feature. Adjustable head rest..What more do you need to fall asleep during your lunch break, or those boring zoom meetings? ( without facial visuals of coarse) ;-}

Broken in 3 weeks

Broken Arm Rest
I purchased 5 of these chairs for office staff. Ironically, the right arm rest adjustment lever on my chair broke within 24 hours. The use of plastic on a part at this price point is a bit annoying. I submitted a warranty claim and will have to replace the arm rest. We will see how the other chairs fair during this 7-year warranty period.

The Baird chair I bought from Staples 5+ years ago served me well until the bonded leather began un-bonding, leaving little chunks of itself all over everything including me.

I ordered this chair thinking it reclined because the description said it did and it don't. I would not recommend this to anybody. You really need to fix the description of this product to say it don't recline.

Bad middle Back support
The back support on this chair is really poorly designed. I'm 6'5" but other regular height people in my office had the same gripe but it was less of a deal breaker for them. The chair headrest protrudes into the upper back of anyone sitting and is uncomfortable. The rest of the upper back is unsupported.
