This order was late in arrival. I had another case of 20# bond that was on hold waiting for the craft paper. Also there was a back order of 2 cases of 3 hole punch. Receieved an email that the order was READY FOR PICKUP. The store staff could not find the order and had difficulty locating the first case that was on hold.

Dispenser not included
I assumed, just because it is in the picture, that the dispenser was included. It is not.

There was a good sized damaged spot on the end of the roll that resulted in several feet being wasted. Other than that the paper was what i needed.
