Even though I matched the model numbers exactly to what was in my pen, after putting in a new replacement refill and reassembling the pen, when I went to write with it I found that it didn’t seem quite long enough. The point would move noticeably into the pen barrel when pressed against paper, interfering with my writing. I tried taking it out and reinserting the refill...

The refills were just what I needed. It is disappointing that they are not stocked in the stores even though the black ones are. Also, the large box that you packaged them in was wasteful. The item would have fit in a simple small envelope- not a good environmental choice.
