Why can't it be re-filled?
I purchased this with what I thought was a re-fill pack together. But apparently you really can't re-fill it?

I purchased these flags and they worked very well. They held to the paper but did not 'rip' text off when removing the flags. This was a great product for me.

GOOD FOR PEOPLE ON THE MOVE
I get countless documents requiring signature(s) and mostly are of urgent nature, which means, I don't have time to grab these stickies from a drawer. This little number comes with a suction style casing which takes up no space on me already clustered desk, and makes my work a breeze. I grab and go. I need that EASY button right about now.
