Garbage.
I had to give one star because it was required. Otherwise I would have given it zero. This toner is awful. Complete garbage. It wipes right off of the paper, makes a huge mess of everything, causes streaks and smudges all over the printed sheet. The worst of it is that it makes such a mess inside the printer that in my case, it caused damage to my fuser, essentially rui...

The cartridge never arrived. Contacted customer support multiple times, so far to no avail. Waiting on the third delivery attempt, this time to be delivered to a store for me to pick-up. Doubtful at this point. . .

When I first saw the box, I gasped, because it listed HP Printers, and I own a Cannon. Finally on the very last line, my printer's model was listed. So far I can't tell the difference between Tru Red and the original Cannon Cartridges. How do you review a toner cartridge? I use this one because it is the one that goes in my printer. I use Staples online because it is less expensive and they deliver the cartridges right to my office.
