Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

Good Price, Good Product
I have used Tru Red paper previously as well as other brands in the past. Tru Red does the job for my home copying needs on an HP Jet Pro 9015 copier. I chose it because it had the best price.

Wrong items delivered
I received a box that had my shipping label attached to a box that did not have the copy paper in it. There are forms for auto accident quotes inside. The shipping label was on the original box of copy paper because it is the white coregated cardboard and the box it was attached to was a regular brown shipping box. Works Great but
paper works fine for what I need but please ---all the paper cartons are heavy. Lifting, then putting in the cart, and into the car....due to weight I ended up buying a 5 pack instead of a full one...do you have a cart that let's you slide the carton over instead of lifting? That would help me a lot.

Paper Ream tight fit
The paper bundles actually sit under the lid of the box. The first couple I pulled out, the bottoms of the bundle tore. White it didn't hurt the paper inside, I just did not care for it being ripped. The box is heavy and there was no one there to help me lift it into my cart, but a gentleman helped me put the boxes into the car. Overall, the paper has not jammed in ...
