Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

The delivery company left the boxes in the lobby of our building. Address clearly shows suite 300. He could have left it at our office door instead of the lobby where all visitors could have walked away with it. Lazy and Stupid.

Good size case
I frequently purchase this product, but this it the first time I bought the 5-ream case. I must admit, it was much easier to carry and store in the office without straining my back.

Everything was done good with Staples but the FedEx driver dumped most of the paper in the front in the middle of the Sales Department and some in our Parts Department. The 3 boxes she brought in were put on the floor in front of the shelves that they are clearly stocked on. She had 3 Departments bringing the paper to us and we had to stock it.
