I would buy this product again.
I have a few of these. Up until the last unit, the batteries could not be replaced. When the batteries died, the unit had to be replaced. The newer units have the ability to replace the batteries.

I would NOT recommend this product
It never worked as well as the older tripp lite UPS we owned

Product is nice and compact
product is simple to use,lots of different functions on it , would be better if the cord would be a bit longer to be closer to some other appliances besides the computer and printer

I would buy this product again.
I have a few of these. Up until the last unit, the batteries could not be replaced. When the batteries died, the unit had to be replaced. The newer units have the ability to replace the batteries.

Tripp-Lite Standby UPS are very reliable
UPS is used for my home office/craft room. We ALWAYS have bought Tripp-Lite Standby UPS and regular surge suppressors.

I would buy this product again.
I bought this product to support our land line phone system, which is two phones: one with an answering machine, the other with a speaker. Both require AC power. We live in a 100 acre forest and our dedicated power line is 1/3rd mile, so the power goes out more frequently than urban locations. The power went out yesterday for a couple of hours and the UPS worked great.....

working fine. Will probably forget to update this if fails
Seems to be working fine so far. I'm using it with my old ASUS AX-58U router as a node for AiMesh.

I would buy more of these
I use this product to ensure our equipment stays running until our generator takes control. I do wish the ports were further apart from each other but other than that it's great!

550VA reliability
The unit is used to keep an internet router up during short outages. This is the third unit I have had as the first two both stopped working correctly after two years. They would no longer switch to the battery when needed. Both were replaced under warranty.

only because there are not a lot of options
When we had a power outage it was only good for the 1 time and then had to buy a new surge protector as we could not get any help from the manufacturer to replace it

Great product. Will buy again if this battery dies
Amazing product. Has software you can install for information you didn't know you needed.
This has voltage regulation and uses capacitors to regulate it instead of the battery. Might get a little warm but not hot to be sketched out
Overall amazing product as just one issue is the vent that you can place a mesh over to solve it. Heat wise it isn't heating enough for me...

Just purchased this unit last month and so far so good. I have been using Tripplite for years and have always had good service from their products.

Does the job, simple setup
Would be good to have some spacing for one outlet to account for a power brick as opposed to a simple plug. Simple to setup and get working with the web app. I like that the battery is accessible for replacement.

Peace of mind during storm
I'm a self-employed graphic designer. I live in Central Florida, where there are many storms. We lose power a lot. It's nice piece of mind to know my computer. My printer and Internet is protected very safe.

Use in my office to protect my computer an office equipment. set up was very easy and straight forward. It has a nice number of plug in spaces.

This will be a life savor for us.
I use this for power backup for my network equipment. If modem and/or router go down, it takes a while and a complicated process to get everything back on line. If we are away, we lose visibility to our security cameras and ability to control lighting.
