I ordered 2 of the Jabra Engage 65 Convertible and 1 Stereo. We used them for a few days on our old phone system and really liked them. We got a new VoIP phone system and absolutely LOVE the headsets! The clarity is amazing. It is super easy to set up with the help of Jabra Direct on the desktop. Works well and being wireless is quite nice.
Hookup to VOIP telephone has more wires than a WWII communications bunker, but it works well. A few more descriptions of how to manage the earpiece wouldn't hurt.

I like the clarity of the headset. I don't care for the in the ear thing. Service has been great, you have very patient people there!
