Wired Headset works with CISCO
Headsets are comfortable and worked well with the company CISCO phone system. I did have to purchase a converter from std phone jack to the std single jack - but sound & my speech per customers was wonderful !

Muffled Sound
I purchased this headset for my laptop at work. I'm hearing impaired and wear hearing aids. I needed a headset with a mic for virtual meetings. While the headset itself is comfortable, the sound on this headset is muffled. When using them in virtual meetings, it's difficult for me to comprehend what some of the speakers are saying, while other speakers come through clea...
