Support is Terrible
I was loving my ecobees, installed them in my old house and loved them so much that when I moved installed them immediately in the new house.

Love this thermostat
I’ve had this thermostat for two weeks and I love it. Makes it easy to control the house temperature while away or asleep or active hours in home. Looking forward to getting the ecobee doorbell installed this week.

Minus a star for the eco + feature
I purchased the Ecobee Enhanced through a retailer my utility company sent me to. I did receive a $50 discount, but Santee Cooper is not listed in their eco + program, so those great features are not available to me.

Worst Thermostat ive used
quite literally one of the worst thermostats I’ve ever used and ive had 4 brands before this one . After a lot of testing and trying to figure out what the issue was. Turns out a ceiling fan, even though it doesn’t cool down the temperature of the room by much, makes a wind blow on the sensor and acts as if the room is significantly (5 to 7°) cooler. Easy to use and reliable
The connection instructions, plus the included wire identification stickers, made installation easy. This was my third thermostat that I have deployed.
