product is incomplete - charger is not included
The charger for this battery pack is not included and have to purchased separately. Additionally, even though the product advertises dual charging (two ports for charging 2 devices simultaneously) - only one cable is included.
Basically it's a brick unless you buy other accessories. At leas a notice on the product description would be helpful.

Does the job can be better
Charges fast just wish the cord was attached it's hard to keep on me or not to forget it

Great power bank for the size and charging speed
I've had the chance to use it a few times now, and I would say it's awesome! It fast charges my phone, and has a thin enough profile to carry around in most of my bags. Really glad I ordered it with my phone!

The best one available
Seriously impressed! This 25W 10000 mAh battery pack is a dream. Fast charging for all my devices and enough juice for days. Plus, the beige color is incredibly chic. Perfect size, perfect power. 5 stars!

It's pretty good. Overall charges fast and has a pretty good capacity, if not a little bit small for charging at 25W.

Battery pack no longer will charge up. I have used it a total of 4/5 times. Disappointing if I am only getting short usage considering what you pay for the item.

Great, fast charger.
This battery is terrific for my Samsung Galaxy S22. It charges my phone quickly and the charge on the battery pack itself lasts a long time. I don't feel like my phone needs to stay connected to the battery pack for hours on end.

One-time use product??
Extremely let down by this product. Used it once and attempted to recharge it when it ran out, but now it refuses to charge. I've tried several different cables, including the one that came in the box, various power outlets, and charging boxes, yet nothing works. I had no idea this was a one-time use product.

Charges quickly, excellent design, reliable!

Average piece of garbage
There is no way to charge the power pack itself. I've had it plugged in to both ports for over a day now and it still won't charge. I've used multiple cables and blocks.
Overall functions good out the box but once it runs out of juice it's nothing but a pile of junk

Not reccomended for holding charge for a while
Bought this about a week ago with the idea that I can charge it once and use it to power my smaller devices like my watch (which is only a couple hundred mah) however, after 1 use of charging my watch and leaving it unused for 3-4 days I come back to it dead when I need it the most. Amazing battery pack!
I've had this for 4 months. I love it, my girlfriend loves it, and everyone always asks how many charges I get. The answer is 2 for galaxy note 20 ultra and s24 ultra. We take them to every place we go. It's even more convenient than the actual car charger. Super fast charging!
