Good charger but should have come with phone
Great charger but I did not realize the cables now have USB-C plugs on both ends. I don't know how to charge my phone WITHOUT this charger, but the phone did not come with an adapter.

Horrible customer service. Lost package. No refund
Awful. They delivered to the wrong house, took a picture of the wrong house and told me they had proof of delivery & I can't talk to an agent. Samsung said file a police report. What?

Samsung Galaxy A16 5G Electric Outlet Adapter
This charging adapter seems to work just fine. It is easy to plug and unplug and doesn't feel too hot to the touch.

Quality charger and cable
Very well built charging brick and cable. It's nice when I plug it into my phone I get super fast charging instead of just fast charging.

Easy Samsung order
Not too much to say except that the first order was lost, Samsung quickly processed a duplicate order, and the adapters fit and work well with the old Samsung tablets we have.

Wish they still sold regular 15W charging blocks
While it's nice to have a higher wattage charging block available, it's well-known that these chargers deplete your phone's battery health more quickly than charging at lower wattages. When I'm not in a rush or about to go to sleep, it would be nice to charge my phone with a 15W charger, but there wasn't a single one available for purchase on Samsung's site... Kinda fru...

This original fast charger is what my Samsung devices need! I have off brand equivalents but they take too long to charge my devices.
