Great tv until it stopped working.
I really enjoyed my tv while it worked. It. Wouldn’t turn on after 9 1/2 months and getting it repaired under warranty was impossible and now I’m waiting to return it to get a refund. I’ve been working on this process for almost 2 months. It is very time consuming. My representative gave me a phone no. That doesn’t work and still waiting for a reply email. I also have t...

Picture is great. Very sharp.

The tv was amazing. The picture quality was great gaming was excellent. The reason for three stars is that the tv completely died after a couple months. I had to wait over a month for a refund!

Amazing picture with great detail
This is my first OLED and to say I'm hooked would be an understatement! The colors, black level, and brightness or fantastic. This is my first Samsung TV and I doubt I'll change anytime soon.

One of my best purchase this year
This TV is perfect for gaming for its vivid color and high refresh rate. I put it in my living room and I never felt the brightness is not enough.

What an upgrade!
We previously had a 36 inch tv and now the 65 inch tv feels like we are at the concert air sporting event. Picture is so clear and colors are amazing! We switched to streaming and the process was so easy with the various widgets that Samsung already has available. The Samsung channels are get too.

SW Bugs need reboot
The picture quality is great however there are a few sw bugs I am dealing with. I have had to reboot the tv by unplugging it more than 3 times.
I have a 77” and 65” and this issue appears to be related to only the 77” tv.

Sleek and Simple
The TV looks great. The colors pop. I like that it is very sleek and thin which matches my minimalist aesthetic. The software is a bit slow or laggy but I can live with that. It is also good that the remote control has solar cells and a USB C charger.

I really love the pic quality
I love the tv, one of the best pic quality out there. This along with great sound would be almost a winner. Keeps dropping soundbar connection
Bought the tv with a Samsung Bluetooth soundbar. It drops connection and I have to re-pair at least 3-4 times a week. Sometimes every day. Very frustrating
