Customer Service lacks direct human contact
Love the smaller size of this older (evidently discontinued) portable powerstation but sadly didn't order usbc to lightening fiber cable & having difficulty now trying to do so. My newly purchased Unit has some older type access holes for the cable & none of those I currently have will fit… I have now found out an Anker/Mophie human Customer Service rep cannot be contac...

Confused
I may be dumb but nothing of the plugs for the wire sent with it fit my phone or any charging plugs . I have no clue how this is supposed to work.

Best built bank I’ve had
External build is a true stand out, plus it’s great to be able to choose something other than black for electronics. I was able to charge an iPhone mini twice, an iPhone 8 and Apple Watch on a single charge and still was showing one “bar” left

Best built bank I've had
External build is a true stand out, plus it's great to be able to choose something other than black for electronics. I was able to charge an iPhone mini twice, an iPhone 8 and Apple Watch on a single charge and still was showing one “bar†left

they weren’t delivered.
i emailed support with info and they asked me for info which was in the email, i included the fedex location i’d like this delivered to since fedex can’t follow delivery instructions to successfully deliver the package.
