Not as described, bad customer service
The black is not actually black. It’s a dark greyish blue and the button covers and frame around the camera are a dark blue. I tried contacting support to correct the issue and they want to charge a restocking fee if I want to return the item they sent me that does not match the description.
Quality of the case also feels cheap.

Phone case is to tight fitting for the ultra phone
This is a faulty phone case. The ultra want fit all the way in this case. Leaving one side of the screen hanging out. Can't return to Samsung because I threw the box away when I first purchased the phone amd case.

I never had a case that started falling apart ever. This one after just a month started peeling in the corner and getting worse.

Skin already peeling
Got this case when I bought the phone- came in the first week of March and the phone case is already peeling all the way around. Kind of sucks- I love the look, but it's insane that it's already peeling so bad. I love Samsung, but maybe my expectations for the phone case are too high, idk.

Misleading photo
Very disappointing. The color looks nothing like the picture. The actual color is orange, not the tan-brown color shown.

Terrible quality
I'm extremely disappointed with the poor quality of this case; it wasn't worth the price. While the texture is nice, the quality is terrible, and it fell apart after only a week, despite not being dropped. It seems Samsung's quality has declined significantly.

Kindsuit case is Junk- I believe Samsung knew
I received my phone and cases a couple of weeks ago. I bought the Kindsuit in 3 colors. They do not grip the phone- you can not use the side buttons unless you push the phone back into the case. All of my previous leather cases were black. I ordered this in black and it's like a light gray color but says it's black. Definitely not getting what is advertised. This needs to be addressed by Samsung.
