Great sound and picture! Love it!
Crystal clear picture! Resolutions perfect! Bright when needed but the color stays sharp. The contrast is better on my 75in but its still good.

Great sound and picture! Love it!

Great TV
Great TV with clear image, bright and the smart functions are fast and responsive. It has great contrast and the 4k resolution is great.

Excellent Picture Quality For This Price Range
The tv itself is amazing. I was skeptical about the picture quality at this size but samsung didnt disappoint. Clean clear picture and good contrast, resolution, and brightness. I like the picture quality, impressive resolution, super bright for me, and I keep it on echo mode most of the time. Very smooth transition between streaming media. The picture is vibrant. Great picture!
Bought this TV not long ago, and the picture is absolutely amazing. Everything looks better. The sound is good for a TV this thin, but I definitely recommend a sound bar, woofer and rear channel speakers for the full theater experience! Continue to recommend to folks as I've been extremely happy!

SAMSUNG did it again!!!
I was skeptical about buying a tv at this price. If you are in the market for a new tv, this is definitely the one you want to buy. The picture, contrast, quality, color, is on point. I had my tv mounted so it looks even better. SAMSUNG really came through with this one.

Works, kinda
The TV itself works, has pretty good sound and picture quality. HOWEVER, when it comes adding free apps this TV is impossible. I wish I knew it was so limited to those of use what to take full advantage of FREE APPS. If you want to enjoy FREE entertainment via the web this is NOT the TV of choice.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Please know that you can customize your Home screens by installing, removing or adding your favorite apps to Apps Home and/or For You Home screen. Here's how:
Searching for & Installing Apps
1. From the Home screen, press left on the remote’s directional pad.
2. Navigate to and select Search.
3. Using the search bar, enter the content or app you’d like to find.
4. Navigate to and select the app you’d like to install, then select Install.
Note: Previously installed apps can be accessed on the Settings screen.
Adding & Managing Apps on Home Screen
1. Go to App Settings (these can be found at the bottom of the Apps screen) and select the app you want to move. The following options will be available:
a. Add to Home: Move the app to your desired location on the Home screen.
b. Delete: Delete app.
c. Lock/Unlock: Lock the app with a PIN so only you can use it. When the app is selected again, you will be prompted to enter the PIN to unlock it.
d. Reinstall: Reinstall the app.
e. View Details: View the app’s information and details.

I have about a week and am learning on the go slowly. My first smart TV. I find the sound very good with the sound package I bought. Couplers are vivid but I find the blacks too black and some movies or tv shows too dark especially with night scenes or shots with black actors. I even set at lighter, brighter and Dynamic settings.

Top quality picture
Picture quality is excellent! The colors are realistic and the refresh rate makes live sports so much better to watch. The slim profile and relatively light weight make it easy to mount too.

My First Neo QLED TV
We received our TV and loved it as soon as we got it. The delivery was on-time and they were great. Easy to set up. Love the sound and picture quality of this 55 inch TV. It connected to our wifi quickly and no issues.

I bought this a month ago I’m so happy with it was able to declutter all my electronics that use to plug into my old tv since this one’s smart. Also really love the cloud gaming I don’t have to move my Xbox around anymore I can just play right off the tv. All in all a great tv.

How do I get rid of the four spinjing dots
TV is great, I need to figure out how to get rid of the 4 spinning dots when I am watching YouTube…the dots come on when ads come on or a break in video…
