Q: What dollar amounts do gift cards come in? A: Gift cards are available any denomination, from a minimum of $1 up to a maximum of $5,000 per gift card. |
Q: How long will it take for my gift cards to arrive? A: After we receive your payment, your gift cards will arrive within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive your order after 10 business days of sending your payment, please email [email protected] for the order to be researched. Q: How long are Staples gift cards good for? A: Gift cards do not have expiration dates. (But let's face it — they'll burn a hole in your wallet!) |
Q: Are gift cards secure? What if they get lost or stolen? A: Each card has a unique ID number and can only be activated after your group receives it. These numbers also make it possible for us to replace your gift cards if they are lost or stolen. If a gift card is lost or stolen, call 1-(888)-609-6963 to have your card deactivated. We will then issue a replacement card for the balance remaining at the time of deactivation. |
Q: Where can gift cards be redeemed? A: Gift cards are redeemable in Staples US retail stores only. |
Q: Are these cards just for teachers? A: You can give these gift cards to teachers, teachers' aides, principals and other school staff members. |

Q: Is it safe to receive gift cards in the mail? A: Yes, completely. Once Staples receives your order and payment, you will receive your gift cards via UPS 2nd day air. The cards are inactive; they cannot be used until they are activated by you. To activate your cards upon receipt, follow the activation instructions included with your gift card order. |
