    The trigger for this Cardinal 1.5-inch heavy-duty binder opens and closes the rings with just a touch. The rings are designed with a tension adjustment feature that prevents them from compressing too quickly but ensures they are engaged tightly when clo sed. Back-mounted D-rings hold up to 350 binder sheets (25 percent more than round-ring construction) and allow the binder to lie flat for hands-free use. The Cardinal 1.5-inch EasyOpen D-ring binder has pockets on the interior front and back covers for extra storage, and a sheet lifter lets the binder be closed easily.
