This is the worst stamper I have ever used. You get ink on your fingers just changing the date. Do not purchase. I should have paid more attention to the comments.

I just purchased this item and proceeded to set the date and 'rec'd' option. What printed was part of a wrong date and the 'rec'd' did not print at all. I thought perhaps I set it improperly and when I tried to turn the 'rec'd' wheel it refused to move. Changing the date wheels has now provided me with inky fingers which does not wash off entirely and it still did not print correctly. Not a good product.

Does this stamp dry quickly. I want to use it on paper that I think it may not. It is for AVON books, the pages are hard to describe. I guess they are catalog pages. Will the ink dry?

  You shouldn't have to worry about the ink drying out. I have read reviews about this product and all of the comments are positive. This ink and stamp will last you over 5 years.

Does this stamp come in RED ink. In 2002 I had this same stamp and had RED ink pads for it. Are they still available? I can not find them.
