It's always nice to know you can trust the ink you use... and any problems would almost always be from the printer - not the ink.

I print ordinary materials such as road maps, e-coupons, B&W text, etc. Color is fine, and typical of other color printers; -no complaint. I find it inordinately frustrating and expensive to have to drive to a specialty store (7 miles & 20 minutes away) to buy an expensive cyan, red, black, etc. cartridge YET AGAIN, ...JUST to get my Brother printer to WORK. And, of course, you can't recycle nor receive any Staple Rewards for spent cartridges unless you buy replacements at the same time. (-Not that we've EVER EVER EVER used whatever Rewards offers Staples has. ...So that's no incentive.) Frustrating, and will remain a primary consideration in the future when we look for another printer.

I'll never know about the ink because the Brother printer won't work now...it keeps flashing a message... " troubleshoot & routine maintenance---see manual"... So I read and follow the instructions....carefully...End of story; I spend [$] for 3 new ink cartridges and the Brother printer ( MFC-3240C ) won't work..However,,, Staples is a great business... It's not their fault...mjg
