The contents on the box states: Uses six AAA batteries or optional A/C adapter, therefore, instead of buying all of those batteries, I figured I would simply used the A/C adapter and just plug it in. After getting back to the office and opening the package I discovered there was NO A/C adapter included and am assuming you have to purchase it separately. I would say that the box should state: Requires six AAA batteries or optional A/C adapter can be purchased separately. I found this midleading and had to wait until the next day to finish my project, which was then behind schedule. But all-in-all, the product works great, batteries and all!

I have always owned Brother Labeler's and first time with a Dymo. I do like the compact size and font capabilities are so easy to use. My only complaint is removing the backing is hard and tape adhesive could be stronger.

It is not as easy to figure out as I thought, but it does get easier with use and the labels look very professional. It did not come with a manual, so it took some practice to see what the machine was capable of doing.

I like this handy gadget, but have not been able to use it fully as it doesn't have an instruction booklet and I haven't been able how to do some of the listed features!

It needs a "clear all" button. Every time I went to make a new lable I had to back space the old one and then start new. Perhaps there is one, but I haven't found it yet.
