Not up to the standards of what Dell was

I use the printer for private use. I only print what must be printed to save ink. Cartridges should be made to refill. Cartridges seem to run out too quick, not enough warning....Read complete review

I use the printer for private use. I only print what must be printed to save ink. Cartridges should be made to refill. Cartridges seem to run out too quick, not enough warning. Dell always had a very good reputation. When I was looking for a new PC and printer I compared a lot and chose Dell. Dell seems to have too many problems. I usually have a problem atleast once a month, sometimes more. I would fix it when I could. I'm disappointed with Dell. I do have to give Dell credit for always getting me the help I needed in the past. Dell always solved my problems. Any representative I've had contact with at Dell has always been pleasant and I do believe they knew what they were doing. They have good knowledge about the product and if it wasn't in there capacity they would always find someone who did.
Thank You ( I am just being honest, I don't mean to ridicule you).

Dell and Staples made a great decision to collaborate. This has made it so much easier and less time consuming to obtain the cartridge. However, both companies have made millions of dollars and need to reduce the price of this ink. For a college student $20+ dollars for ink to way too much when the student needs to pay tuition and books in the same semester. The sad think is that the ink may have to be replaced two or three times during a semester. Just too pricey and needs to be revisted by both companies.

As I said about the Black Ink Cartridge, I feel the same about the Color Ink Cartridges. The ease of of getting, replacing, and using the cartridges. I always get good clear, bold and Bright documents everytime. Dell even reminds me when my cartridges are getting low on ink. Love my Dell Products.
